LSES Monthly Meeting-Monday June 2,
2008
RECAP
Louisiana Solar Energy Society held its first of
many monthly meetings last night at 6:30pm at the Great Wall. The meeting
was a great success, we had people travel in from other cities in Louisiana to
listen and discuss topics about solar energy.
The topics we discussed were about LSES and
all the great work LSES does to promote solar energy, our upcoming events, and
the goals we have made for LSES for 2008. We let people know, that weren't
members, the benefits they would get from joining LSES, and Justin Runnels of
LSES spoke about the state tax credit and how beneficial it is for anyone
interested in having solar energy installed in their home or business. We
ended the meeting with questions anyone had about solar energy.
If you weren't able to make it out to this
months meeting our next meeting will be July 7, same time and place. So
come out and talk solar!
