The Louisiana Solar
Energy Society is an educational organization formed to promote the
use of solar energy and to share information
on the subject between its members and the
public.
The Louisiana Solar Energy Society is a
nonprofit organization based in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana, dedicated to promoting and educating
people in the state about solar energy.
We are a
chapter of the American Solar Energy Society
,
and have been in operation since 1999. Ways we educate solar enthusiasts are
monthly
meetings,
hands on workshops, our
quarterly
newsletters, and informative emails to all our
members about solar activity in Louisiana.
