The BRCC is holding an intensive 45
hour, 4 day solar module design and training course. The course will be
taught by licensed and certified solar installers and is accredited by NABCEP,
for a list of courses in Louisiana. Once completing
the course and the test you will be certified to sit for a NABCEP PV knowledge
class, which will ultimately certify you in the solar industry.
This session will be running from
Saturday, July 11 to Saturday, August 1 with the test on Saturday, August 8.
If you are interested in taking this session, but have missed a couple of the
classes that is fine. Just come to the next class and finish out the
course, but you won't be able to take the test until you have taken all of the
classes. So the classes you missed you can take them in the next session
which will be July 11 (there is a weekend break between the test the first class
of the nest session).
The cost of the course is $995.00,
which includes the text material.
